Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a British-Nigerian mixed race child was born into the family of South London. Her father is a Nigerian-Swiss, while her mother was English. She was a student at The Brit School when she was fourteen years old. She was a student at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London in which she earned an acting BA. While at school she appeared in a variety of stage productions including King Henry V's Princess Katherine or Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. Since then, she's been making appearances as a guest for Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe made her debut motion picture in the 2007 Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. Then, she was the lead in Elisha, an episode of the BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In her role, she also played Ollie for six episodes from Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. In the ITV2 drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl saw her in 2008 as Bambi. Madekwe was the main character in the comedy of 2008 How to Alienate and Lose Friends. Her credits in theatre includes Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams as well as Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe first aired in the US by presenting The Beautiful Life. The drama show ran in the US on The CW for only two episodes before being cancelled. In February of 2011, she was cast as Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama series Revenge. In late May 2013, it was revealed that Madekwe who had been a series regular in the previous two seasons had decided to quit the show after a guest-appearance in the first episode of the season's new episode. She played Tituba in the TV show Salem between 2014 and 2016. Madekwe, her long-time companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June of 2012. Both of them have been in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They also played together in Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario and was a part of a large family. Her parents Roy and Patty along with her four brothers, Brett, Todd, and Bram and Bram, were present. Ashley's siblings, who are all athletic, played in the summer months and play hockey in winters. Ashley could not walk but was able to dance. As a result, as she grew older, she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley fell in love with dancing at the age of. Ashley was a professional dancer in all the major divisions up until her graduation from high school. She was a competitor in ballet, tap, jazz as well as pointe and acrobatics. In addition, she won top soloists awards in all important dance competitions like the International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more.
